Property blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing various areas of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
More materials made public as part of the current investigative release.
